  1. Take Kadai and heat 1 table spoon oil in it.
  2. Add mustard seeds, carom (ajwain), cumin seeds (jeera), asafoetida (hing) into it.
  3. Now add chopped onions and fry it till goldenbrown.
  4. Now add chopped tomato and fry it and meanwhile u can add green chilly, dhaniya powder, amchoor powder, red chilly powder.
  5. Now add water (1 cup for around 2 rotis) and salt.
  6. Add chapatis/rotis and boil it first on high flame then lower the flame for about 5-10 minutes.
  7. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves andenjoy your instant bachee hui roti ki sabzi.
