Easy Poha recipe - Ingredients required

1- 2 cup Poha 2- 1 unit Onion (chopped) 3- 1 unit Tomato(chopped) 4- 1 unit Potato (chopped) 5- 1½ tsp Salt

6- ½ tsp Turmeric/ Haldi 7- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds 8- 1 tsp Sugar 9- ½ tsp Lemon Juice 10- 10 curry leaves 11- ¼ cup Chopped coriander leaves

1- Rinse the Poha in water by gently swifting them with your fingers till they get soften. (Do not soak the poha in water, only rinse it and Keep it aside in a strainer)
