In this recipe, we will make a chocolate cake using chocolate biscuits like Burbon or Oreo without oven.
Ingredients:
Bourbon Biscuits 2 packets
Milk 1 cup
Eno 1 sachet (or 2 tbsp)
Almonds 10-12
Chocolate Ganache/Hershey’s Syrup

Method:
- Break biscuits into pieces and put them into grinder/mixie and grind them for 1 minute.
- Add 1 cup milk into mixie jar and again mix it for 30 seconds.
- Pour the batter into a bowl.
- Add 1 sachet ENO into the batter and mix it well in one direction.
- Take a non-stick saucepan and brush oil or butter at the bottom and place a parchment paper into it.
- Pour batter immediately into a saucepan and tap it for no bubbles.
- Fire up the stove on medium flame and place a heavy Tawa and preheat it for 5-7 minutes.
- Place the saucepan on Tawa and cover it with an airtight lid. (if the whole is there in the lid, put foil there to make it airtight)

- Cook for around 35-40 minutes on medium flame.
- Check the cake, whether toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
- After 10 minutes, de-mould it from the saucepan and place it on a wire rack.
- Pour chocolate ganache or Hershey’s syrup on top and decorate it with dry fruits (almonds)
- Serve it and enjoy it.
