How to make chocolate cake with biscuits

In this recipe, we will make a chocolate cake using chocolate biscuits like Burbon or Oreo without oven.

Ingredients:
Bourbon Biscuits 2 packets
Milk 1 cup
Eno 1 sachet (or 2 tbsp)
Almonds 10-12
Chocolate Ganache/Hershey’s Syrup

Method:
  1. Break biscuits into pieces and put them into grinder/mixie and grind them for 1 minute.
  2. Add 1 cup milk into mixie jar and again mix it for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the batter into a bowl.
  4. Add 1 sachet ENO into the batter and mix it well in one direction.
  5. Take a non-stick saucepan and brush oil or butter at the bottom and place a parchment paper into it.
  6. Pour batter immediately into a saucepan and tap it for no bubbles.
  7. Fire up the stove on medium flame and place a heavy Tawa and preheat it for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Place the saucepan on Tawa and cover it with an airtight lid. (if the whole is there in the lid, put foil there to make it airtight)

  9. Cook for around 35-40 minutes on medium flame.
  10. Check the cake, whether toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
  11. After 10 minutes, de-mould it from the saucepan and place it on a wire rack.
  12. Pour chocolate ganache or Hershey’s syrup on top and decorate it with dry fruits (almonds)
  13. Serve it and enjoy it.
