Ingredients
Sesame Seeds (Til) | 1 cup (200 ml) |
Jaggery (Gud) | 3/4 cup |
Ghee | 2 tablespoon |
Dryfruits | 1/4 cup |
Method
- Roast the sesame seeds in Kadai till it gets light brown in colour. Keep aside and allow them to get cool. (it will take only 1½ – 2 minute to roast it.)
- Heat the ghee in kadai and add jaggery.
- When it melts, turn off the gas immediately and add sesame seeds and dryfruits.
- Grease your palms with a little ghee, divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and make ladoos of it.
