Til (Sesame seeds) ke Ladoos

Ingredients

Sesame Seeds (Til) 1 cup (200 ml)
Jaggery (Gud) 3/4 cup
Ghee 2 tablespoon
Dryfruits 1/4 cup

Method

  1. Roast the sesame seeds in Kadai till it gets light brown in colour. Keep aside and allow them to get cool. (it will take only 1½ – 2 minute to roast it.)
  2. Heat the ghee in kadai and add jaggery.
  3. When it melts, turn off the gas immediately and add sesame seeds and dryfruits.
  4. Grease your palms with a little ghee, divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and make ladoos of it.
