Veg sandwich recipe – Grilled sandwich using vegan filling – Vegetarian grilled cheese sandwich
Ingredients required for making Veg cheese grilled sandwich:
1- Whole wheat bread – 4-6 slices.
2- Cheese cubes – 2(grated).
3- Tomatoes – 2 medium size (chopped).
4- Capsicum – 2 medium size (chopped).
5- Onions – 2 medium size (chopped).
6- Salt – 1 Tsp.
7- Black Pepper powder – 1/2 Tsp.
8- Oregano – 1 Tsp.
9- Pizza Seasoning mix – 1 Tsp.
Steps for making Grilled cheese vegetarian sandwich:
1- In deep bowl take 2 medium size chopped tomatoes.
2- Add 2 medium sized finely chopped capsicum.
3- Add 2 medium sized chopped onions.
4- In that add 2 grated cheese cubes.
5- Add 1 Tsp Oregano.
6- Add 1 Tsp salt (as per taste) and 1 Tsp pizza seasoning (optional).
7 – Add 1/2 Tsp Black pepper powder and mix all ingredients well.
8- Take 2 Whole wheat bread and add veg mixture on one slice and put other on top of it.
9- Grease the slices using Ghee or Oil and grill it for 5-7 mins.
Your cheese veg grilled sandwich is now ready. Serve it with hot tea/coffee or milk shake in summers.
