
Ingredients for Sooji ka Sheera:
Semolina (Suji/Rava) ½ cup
Ghee ½ cup
Sugar ½ cup
Milk 1 ½ cup
Green Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
Raisins (Kishmish) 1 tsp
Mix Chopped Dry Fruits ½ cup (Almonds, Cashewnuts, Raisins)

Method for making Sooji ka Sheera:
- Boil Milk and keep it aside.
- Heat ½ cup ghee in a non-stick pan. Add ½ cup sooji in it. Stir well on low flame and roast it till Golden Brown. (It takes around 5-6 minutes)
