List of ingredients required for stuffed kulcha recipe:
1- Oil 5 tbsp.
2- Onions (chopped lengthwise) 4 big sized.
3- Capsicum 2 big sized.
4- Tomatoes 5 medium-sized.
5- Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp.
6- Mayonnaise 4-5 tbsp.
7- Maggi Masala 2 tbsp.
8- Paneer 400 grams.
9- Chilli Flakes 1 tbsp.
10- Oreganos 1 tbsp.
11- Soya sauce 1 tsp.
12- White vinegar 1 tsp.
Steps of making Paneer stuffed Kulcha:
Gather all the things required to the counter top and follow the following steps:
First we will make the Paneer stuffing for the kulcha.

1- In a kadai or deep pan, heat oil. Add onions. Fry it till it gets translucent. (lightly brown).
2- Add chopped capsicum and cook it till it gets soft.
3- Now add chopped tomatoes. Cook it for approx 5 minutes.
4- Add tomato sauce, mayonnaise and Maggi masala to the mixture and mix well. Feel free to add your favorite spice instead of Maggi masala.

5- Add Soya sauce and white vinegar and mix it well.
6- Add paneer cubes in the mixture and mix it well.
7- Sprinkle chilli flakes, oreganos and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
Stuffing and Grilling Kulcha
1- Take one kulcha and add Paneer mixture on one half and add salsa sauce or any other sauce / chutney on the other half.
2- Grease both sides and grill the kulcha for 7-10 mins.
Your Paneer stuff kulcha is now ready. Serve it with tea, coffee or butter milk.

Note:
1- Do not cover the pan while cooking the mixture, because paneer may leave water.
2 – If you are using the oven, grill it for 10 min at 150 deg C else directly use the grilled sandwich toaster. It will be a better and easy option.
